    • Fine dining is key to all of our Club activities, thanks to the creativity and excellence of our chef Michael Roller and his attentive and efficient team. Michael uses locally farmed produce and meats, and is always varying his seasonal menus based on availability.

    • Scheduled Dinners

      Members may dine at the Club 3 evenings a week throughout the entire year:

      • Thursday Night Buffet, Cocktails at 6 PM, Dinner at 7 PM
      • A la Carte Friday and Saturday Dinner: Cocktails and Dinner from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM or later upon request.
    • Summer Lunches

      During the summer, members may also enjoy dining on the patio:

      • Tuesday Lunches, 12 PM
